A leading international law firm is expanding its Amsterdam Corporate/M&A practice and wants a Dutch-qualified M&A lawyer to join its private equity-focused team. The office is growing, and the team has recently strengthened its partner group. You'll work directly with partners on live, high-quality transactions from day one, with real ownership of your deals.
The team advises PE sponsors and corporates on buy-outs, carve-outs, controlled auctions and cross-border acquisitions and disposals. It is part of a large global M&A platform, so you'll often work with colleagues across Europe and beyond.

- Run deal workstreams day to day and be a main point of contact for clients
- Coordinate with international offices and local counsel on cross-border transactions
- Supervise, train and develop junior lawyers
- Work with the firm's specialist teams, such as tech, finance, IP and regulatory, on sector-led deals
- Help partners with client pitches and business development

- 3 to 10 years' PQE in M&A or corporate law at a top Dutch or international firm
- PE or sponsor-side deal experience, ideally buy-outs, carve-outs or auctions
- Experience on cross-border transactions
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills and good commercial judgement
